Four ways to put a Raman measurement where the work is

SRflex is a family rather than a single instrument. Each model answers a different access problem — the sample cannot move, the vessel cannot be opened, the laboratory is three hours away.

SRflex Zero

SRflex Zero

The sample comes to the instrument.

Drop a vial, a slide, a tablet or a stone into a holder and measure. No focusing, no positioning, no alignment. Holders change in seconds.

  • Incoming material at a loading dock
  • Gem and mineral identification
  • Teaching and routine screening
SRflex Probe

SRflex Probe

The light goes to the sample.

A fibre probe reaches what cannot be moved, opened or cooled — inside a reactor, through a flange, into a vessel still at temperature.

  • Reaction monitoring in place
  • Sealed or pressurised vessels
  • Surfaces that must not be touched
SRflex Station

SRflex Station

The instrument goes to the site.

Battery and computer on board for several hours away from power, or on mains where there is mains. Everything needed to take the measurement where the question is.

  • First response and field survey
  • Unattended or scheduled runs
  • Sites with no bench and no socket
SRflex Micro

SRflex Micro

The instrument joins what you already own.

Mounts on a standard optical microscope and works through its optics. Micro-Raman on the bench you already have, without buying the bench.

  • Existing microscopy laboratories
  • Shared or teaching facilities
  • Adding Raman to an established workflow

When ringspot shows, the plant goes. A slow test is not a test at all; fast and in the field is the way to cut the loss.

ORSV read by GMD — now the SRflex line — with SERS, spiked onto leaf tissue and measured on the leaf rather than an extract. That is how the crop is saved.

Papaya, kiwifruit and other high-value crops face the same problem.

Sudan I, II, III or IV, in seconds

Sudan I to IV are told apart from one another — not merely detected — below 0.1 ppb, with no sample preparation. In the same work, malachite green was separated from leucomalachite green below 0.01 ppb: LMG is the metabolite that lingers in tissue after the parent dye has gone, which is why both are regulated and why telling them apart matters.

Whatever it arrives in

Nothing is decanted, repackaged or cooled down first. The fitting changes to suit what you already have — a vial off the shelf, a slide, a sealed vessel, a line still at temperature.
