Detect 0.1 nM SARS-CoV-2 Biomolecules

The spike protein binds the ACE2 receptor. NanoSE detects it label-free, together with its neutralizing antibody, on an MRID dual-laser system at 633 and 785 nm.

0.1 nM, from 10 µL. Spike and antibody return distinct spectra at both wavelengths, and stay distinguishable when mixed into human serum albumin.

Rapid, Label‑Free Clinical Screening of Direct Bilirubin

Direct bilirubin is a liver marker, and hard to quantify at low concentration in serum. NanoSE reads it label-free, with no pretreatment.

10 nM, from 10 µL of human serum — the first time direct bilirubin has been measured this way across the clinically relevant range. Against the hospital’s diazo assay, the two agree from 2 to 360 µM.

Fluorescence micrographs from our own publication. The bright points are where nanowires cross, and where they end. That is where the field concentrates.
Flat substrates have no crossings. That is the whole difference.
